Returns & exchanges

1. Go to your account or the Track Order page and select the order.
2. Choose the items and reason, then pick a pickup slot.
3. Pack items in any box with the tags attached — our courier collects from your door.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Need a different size or colour? Choose “Exchange” when starting a return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the courier scans your pickup — no need to wait for the return to reach us.

• Items marked Final Sale
• Opened hygiene items: socks, tights, swim bottoms, hair accessories
• Worn, washed or altered items, or items without tags

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, contact us with a photo and we'll replace or refund it right away, no questions asked.
